| Schoonbroodt Hydraulics guarantee maximum quality throughout
the hydraulic cylinder repair process. |
 Preparation
The cylinder is carefully inspected and a detailed repair estimate prepared.
Each firm order includes a specific preparation stage involving the checking
of the components as well as the preparation of a specification covering
each stage of the repair process. |
 Machining
and honing
Schoonbroodt Hydraulics has a state of the art machining
workshop containing traditional lathes (including one of
6 m between

machine with a honing capacity of up to 6.5 metres. Each part
is then meticulously inspected by the metrology department. |
 Hard

Vertical baths are use to chrome plate all types of rods.
Upon request, Schoonbroodt Hydraulics can perform nickel-chrome
plating or special coatings, such as ceramic or chemical nickel
plating. |

 Assembly,
testing and painting
Assembly is carried out under the best possible conditions
of speed and precision, thanks
to an efficient infrastructure of overhead travelling cranes,
jib cranes and lift trucks, etc. After assembly, all repaired
cylinders are tested on the test bench.
The cylinder is as new after passing through
painting where it receives a suitable coating. |
