A clear estimate
 Each
cylinder that enters the workshop is given a number, then thoroughly
inspected. The offer of repair is entered in the computer system
and sent to the customer, in the form of a clear, very detailed
estimate of the envisaged repair.
Rational organisation
Once the work is confirmed, the offer is automatically transformed
into an order. A "work sheet" is issued that will
follow the cylinder throughout the entire repair process.
This work sheet allows :
-
all the components necessary for the repair
(gaskets, materials and accessories) to be automatically ordered
- the definition
of a procedure for the parts and for the repair itself.
All the drawings produced by the process planner of parts to
be altered or rebuilt are also attached to this sheet.
This seamless organisation allows all Schoonbroodt Hydraulics'
customers to monitor the process step by step, and it is this
that guarantees that deadlines are met and the
quality of the repair. |
